Earlier church of St Kevin opened A smaller church dedicated to St Kevin opened on the west side of Sallynoggin Road, serving the area before the current church was built.

1955
Our Lady of Victories Church opened The church was opened in 1955 at a cost of £140,000, built in concrete in an Italian Renaissance revival style, replacing the earlier St Kevin's church.

Parish of Sallynoggin constituted The Archdiocese of Dublin records that the parish of Sallynoggin was constituted in 1966 from the parish of Glasthule.
